Oh my god that was so painful! Wait until you see the video I broke out in an instant sweat. I woke up this morning feeling really sick with a runny nose (because of some idiotic swim on Monday, maybe?) and have dosed myself up all day on Coldrex and Vitamin C. I was feeling really nervous about this whole nipple pierce thing as everyone was telling me how painful it was going to be, now I have had it done though I feel great! It was such an endorphin release and I feel really energised and motivated again. Stuff being sick I haven't got time lol. It is still very painful but I feel so good, 5 down 25 to go!

Also a big thank you to all the people who have been leaving really supportive messages. I read them all the time and they keep me motivated.
